Dental Equity Project provides the approved restoration directly to your dentist, who will provide the clinical dental treatment.
WHO CAN APPLY?
✓ Need restorative dental treatment
✓ Are experiencing circumstances that make it difficult to access the restoration you need
✓ Have a dentist who is willing and able to provide the necessary clinical treatment
WHAT WE PROVIDE
Dental Equity Project focuses on restorative dental solutions that can help restore function, health, confidence, and quality of life.
When a patient is approved, we work with their dentist and dental laboratory partners to provide the restoration needed for the approved case.
Please note: Dental Equity Project provides approved dental restorations. The clinical dental treatment and any costs not covered by DEP remain the responsibility of the treating dental provider and/or patient.
